This is a PERFECT resort. It has beautiful facilities (villas, swimming, gazebos, restaurant), delicious food (Indonesian, Japanese, and Western), and perfect service. It is in a beautiful location just outside Ubud. It is a quiet, relaxing, and elegant resort.

We have a pleasant stay at Honshinoya Bali. It’s a very beautiful resort surrounded by the nature. We stay in the villa Jalak. It has the best location to watch the resort, and the trees. You can even enjoy sunrise at the villa. We enjoy the time staying there. I’ll always missing reading at the balcony with such beautiful view. The only concern I have is about country and nationality. We are from Taiwan. However, the nationality and country is listed as China in the receipt. After communicating with the staff, he helped to correct that to Taiwan, province of China. Well, that’s unacceptable. I told the staff that this statement makes us uncomfortable. He is sorry about that and mentioning that’s embedded in the IT system. I understand, and ask the staff to provide our comments to the headquarter. Hope this mistake could be corrected soon.

Outstanding place. Perfection in a beautiful environment. As an improvement as the resort is a bit far from Ubid would be to make the dining experience more diverse, like babi guling, or other festive dishes to discover bali and Indonesian delicacies. Also, having yoga lessons would be great instead of just the nice breathing exercises.

This is a fantastic property situated in Ubud, the staff are so friendly and everybody puts service first for myself and all of the other guests. I would highly recommend this spot to other travelers who are not Japanese because it is an introduction to a different sort of lifestyle and this variation of the Japanese hospitality shown is exceptional. For Japanese travelers who wanted to maintain their customs/ways look no further. They do this extremely well. (The toilets are amazing!!!) :-)

호시노야발리에서 4박을 머물렀습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절했고 특히 저희 아이가 늦은 밤에 심한 두드러기로 응급실을 다녀왔을때 너무 큰 도움을 받았습니다. 발리를 11번째 가보지만 직원들의 친절함과 세밀한 배려는 이제껏 최고인 것 같습니다. 저희 가족은 조용한 곳을 선호하여 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 음식의 종류는 엄청 다양하지는 않지만 퀄러티가 훌륭했으며 맛 또한 좋았습니다 스파도 만족스러웠으며 수영장도 훌륭했습니다 I stayed for 4 nights in Hoshinoya Bali. The staff were very kind and especially when my child went to the emergency room with severe hives late at night. I've been to Bali for the 11th time, but the kindness and meticulous consideration of the staff seems to be the best ever. My family was so satisfied because they preferred a quiet place. The types of food are not very diverse, but the quality was great and the taste was also good. The spa was satisfactory and the pool was great.

凄く綺麗で清潔感もあり、スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしかったです。 特に夜のガゼボディナーは素晴らしかった。 料理も、雰囲気も最高のロケーションです。 必ず思い出に残ると思います。 ウブド周辺の高級ホテルと比べるとコスパが良いホテルだと思います。 設備、接客、清潔感、料理、ロケーション全てに満足です。 唯一残念だったのは、８月のウブドは割と涼しく、プールは寒かったのであまり入れませんでした。 これは仕方ないです。 朝の散歩や、織物体験は近くの工房で素晴らしい体験が出来ます。 ほんと皆さん笑顔で親切で凄くおすすめです。
