"We spent 3 nights here in October and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was great with an excellent variety of hot and cold food, and the hotel was in a good location within walking distance to everything. But most importantly, the staff were fantastic! You felt as though you were staying with family. Would highly recommend and definately stay here again!"

"Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel."
