"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. "Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment to guest experience."
"Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!"

"The apt is was clean and neat and the location is great- across from the Coop grocery store and close to the shuttle bus to the base of the ski area (15 mins walk if you don't take the shuttle bus). The host was very helpful with getting our stuff to/from the parking lot.But, the apartment is very small, for a family of 5, we found it too crowded. The kitchen/dining area is tiny, with very limited space to store any food. There is no ski boot dryer, and ski boots are kept on shelves in the basement, which was not heated, so the ski boots did not dry overnight. We ended up removing our boot liners and drying on the heaters in our apt each night, which was not ideal. "
