Great Place, plenty of room

We brought a basketball team to play in a tournament and the property was great. So much cleaner than your average hotel/motel. If you have a large group and want a great place to stay, this is the property for you.

Perfect friends getaway

Four couples stayed at Adelante for three days. The house was perfect with large gathering spaces and private bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. We spent time both indoors and outside just hanging out and for meals. The location was convenient to Garner State Park, the Frio, and restaurants. Derek and Michelle were very responsive hosts. The info they provided on the house and the area was super helpful. We’ll definitely stay at Adelante if we return to the Concan area!

Peaceful get-away

Wonderful place to get away and have true tranquility! House is perfect, with lots to do. Outdoor area and pool were a great way to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. We saw many deer in the mornings, while we enjoyed our coffee. The host was quick to respond with any issues we had. Highly recommend this home

Weekend Dove Hunt

We planned a weekend dove hunt, with our large group. House was everything as advertised, & more. Very comfortable, & plenty big enough to handle a large group. I love that every bedroom had multiple beds & a bathroom. Very nice & clean as well.

Excellent Stay!

We rented this property for a reunion of four families. We all agreed that we had a really great time. The property is gorgeous. We have plenty of spaces to hang around, for kids and adults. We used the pool (heated) and hot tub a lot. The firepit is a hit for smores and volleyball court is a definitely a plus. The kitchen and refrigerator are spacious, allowing our group to cook all of our meals during the stay. We appreciated the bathroom in every bedroom for each family privacy. The communication with the host is excellent, always prompt responses. We truly had a great time and enjoyed this property a lot, wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are in the area!

Family wedding

Our stay was great? Beautiful location, River was down so not much water in it. The house was very nice. We had problem with the hot tub but owner Derick replied immediately and the heater could not be fixed until after our stay. The bathroom showers in all rooms could be cleaner one had a wasp nest in it and the liner shower curtains were dirty on the bottoms. Some showers drained slow. Overall it was a Great Stay.

Resort style at home!

Very impressed with this home and the attention to details. When you walk into the home the first thing you notice is how open and gorgeous the home is. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and anything you need for cooking and serving. We really appreciated the extra coffee pots and Keurig as we had a large group with different coffee tastes. The bedrooms are split 2 on one side of the house and 3 on the other and each bedroom has a private bathroom. It was so nice to have that extra privacy. I saved the best for last, the outdoor space! I cannot say enough of how absolutely perfect it is. Right as you walk out the back door you are under a huge spacious covered patio that has a 8 chair dining area, a patio sofa set and table, and a bar to sit at. The bar/outdoor kitchen was very nice and clean. If there was one thing I would recommend it would be a bigger ice machine, but even that was not a huge deal because at the end of the street is a very convenient drive thru barn that has drinks and ice. There were multiple sitting areas outside, our favorite was the fire pit area. It is perfect for making smores with the kiddos or sitting in the comfy adirondak chairs relaxing and looking at the stars. We never had to leave the property because the pool was a perfect way to beat the heat. Of note, the pool has easy access if you have someone in your group that needs help entering.Do yourself a favor and book Adelante,I promise you it will be your favorite vacation rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. A huge plus was that every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made it extra convenient for our group.The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything around the home was well thought out and easy to use, and they even provided a website with plenty of helpful information in case we had any questions.The pool was perfect for relaxing and added so much to our trip. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Great Property, Great Location Great Time!

Brought my Boy Scout Troop to Concan/Frio River as a mystery “surprise” campout. They had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and other games the property had to offer. Spent a great day at the Frio, which is 5min away by car. Plenty of room to house and feed our group of 18. Property was just as advertised. Host was very responsive. Will return here for certain!
