“C'était bien en général”

“Une serviette utilisée par un usager précédent était sur le pôle du rideau de douche, les serviette "propres" étaient tachées et les draps du lit aussi !! Le personnel ne parle pas au client, il ne doit pas maîtriser l'anglais ni le français ! L'hôtel est cependant bien situé.”

“The property was a heritage building and was beautiful inside and out. There was a list.in the lobby of all the famous people who had stayed there including Pierre Burton, Pierre Trudeau. Peter Mansbridge etc etc The dinner and breakfast were excellent as long as you didn't have a flight to catch(,somewhat slow) the room had all the modern amenities except the shower was in the tub and the vanity was very small. The fixtures were antique but they worked And matched the heritage decor of the……

“Kathy and David have beautiful rental apartment. It has everything you need, Kitchen and bathroom well equipped with all you need and even laundry units available. Checking in and out are quick and easy. They even helped with a mechanic referral when we had a car issue. Lovely spot would highly recommend.”

“The rooms were dark and outdated. TV didn’t work a few times. Had to call to get it fixed. Nobody ever showed up, but luckily it just started working again. Called a couple times for extra towels never got the amount I asked for. They also made me go to the front desk to pick up the towels. No one goes in the room to make the beds or take out the garbage. And the hot tub in the pool area was broken and not usable. For the price, I was expecting a lot more. The only decent part about the stay……

“Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tried my luck in the casino and had a lot of fun. Bartender Dom in the pub was absolutely awesome, treated us like family all weekend. Can't wait to come back.”

“Expedia, you should not have this hotel on your list. We have never seen a hotel in such a terrible condition. The room was dirty, damaged walls, broken windows, all around absolutely disgusting. Please take it off your list of rooms. You should never recommend this hotel to your customers.”

“We love the Rodd Moncton! This is our second stay & the staff is always great. The breakfast is hot. Rooms are clean. The pool, hot tub & sauna are an amazing feature. We’ll always stay here!”

“First off, it said they had a pool and upon arrival and check in , they mentioned the pool “wasn’t available “ due to it being “treated,” which was a complete lie, because I know other people who stayed a while back and it also wasn’t “working.” They should be up front and honest when booking, because that’s one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Also it said 2 queen beds , they were a double at best. One lamp in the room wasn’t working. And this is the FIRST hotel I have ever stayed at……

“Le service était très bon la Chambre où on m'a mis avait du bruit a proximité des ascnceur heureusement je suis tombée sur des gens extrement gentil et compréhensifs ensuiteb ils m'ont Switche pour l'autre chambre il y avait le bruit du a cause d'un ventilateur. J'ai quand même dormis j'étais épuiser il y avais aussi des cheveux dans la baignoire le ménage a mal été fais. Malgrés tous l'équipe était très gentille et compréhensive. A noter que des poils et des cheveux dans ma chambre était……

“L'air climatisé est très bruyant. Pour le reste, la chambre est grande et est à distance de marche de beaucoup de services. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.”

“The shower in the bathroom needs to be updated. Water pressure not the greatest. The bathtub beside the bed is a nice idea, would be better if it was a jacuzzi tub. Lastly, the TV needs to be larger for that size room. The restaurant was really good. Good food, great service and nice atmosphere.”
