This was my first time ever VRBO stay so I was a little nervous. But the VRBO property manager was very responsive. I never waited long for him to respond to enquiries about the property, amenities, requirements. The property was spacious and very clean. Huge backyard. I would have paid more at a hotel than I did for this VRBO rental. So, I was very happy about that. Plus, the property was centrally located for easy access to the other areas.

A Clean Place, Not a Fun Place

Easy check-in, beds were fresh and clean, great shower pressure and we had good night sleeps. However, it was only good for sleeping. This house was lacking homeyness because of all the rules and regs. We felt like we couldn't enjoy ourselves in this house because the owners were watching on their cameras at the front door and back patio, positioned to see movement through the sheer drapes into the kitchen. Creepy! The couch was SO FAR from the TV (and was hung crooked on the wall) and it had no sports channels, so we couldn't even watch our games. The walls were dingy and needed paint desperately. This house has A LOT of potential but has NO curb appeal or homeyness whatsoever and the backyard was completely dead. The patio furniture advertised in the pictures was not there, obviously they didn't want us hanging out on the patio. This house was not our first choice, but our original reservation fell through due to HVAC problems (newer and more affordable), but this was the closest one to the family events we had nearby, but much more expensive and not at all worth the price. Fees were terribly high for what this house was. Reminder communications of late fees if we were late leaving... UGH! We left an hour early. Except for location, we wouldn't rent it again. It was obvious, this is a money maker only.

Our family of 4 had a nice stay . Home was clean & in a great neighborhood. Good communication with host & when we had questions about the wifi , we were helped very quickly. Thank you for the Keurig coffee. We would stay here again.

Family Reunion

Since our parents live in Sun City, this house was the perfect location for my brothers and I to gather while visiting. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed, perfect for casual dining. The house is well located within Roseville with many restaurants and stores nearby. My brothers and I truly enjoyed our stay here while visiting our parents. We loved the house when we first got there. It was my fault for not communicating with the host, but we were unable to adjust heat and it made it quite uncomfortable at night. There were ants in the creamer and there were no extra towels at all. That was a bit disappointing.other than that, one more thing, there was no check in, book. Most houses we have stayed at usually have a book with restaurants,and attractions as well as check out instructions.

Stayed here with three adult friends visiting from out of town. Run down house that smelled musty. 2.75 rolls of toilet paper for the four of us. The location was convenient for our purposes. The price was reasonable but the host made up for it by charging us $135 because the pedal on the trash can in the kitchen was disconnected from the lid, something we noticed upon our arrival. At best it's a $40 trash can. VRBO rep on the phone agreed this was unreasonable and said they would work with me.

Very nice house

This is a very well kept home. The house itself is a 5 star. Living room furniture is comfortable, dining room is adequate, kitchen appliances are great, beds were comfortable and the linens were ok. I gave an overall 4 for these reasons. The cookware is old and I do not like having to bring my own pans on vacation. No pot holders or kitchen towels. There were things that needed fixing like closet doors. Yards are unkept so I wouldn't let there be playtime outside. If it wasn't winter I would have been discouraged with having to keep our luggage on the floor (don't like bugs). Need luggage stands, chairs or ottomans in the bedrooms. First time I had to read and approve a secondary contract to the VRBO listing otherwise checkin would be a 5. Lastly I will look to stay here again when we are in Roseville.

My adult sons and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It worked out nicely for us, since we didn't spend a lot of time there. The property is lacking furniture, so it's not a warm, cozy place. The kitchen was great!
