"First desk guy acted like he didnt want to be there upon check-in like we were bothering him. Garbage at the coffee station was overflowing onto the floor early the next morning. The same guy was still there sitting on his phone. By the looks of the garbage overflowing.He didn't do much work on his overnight shift"

"Loved everything about this hotel. Staff fantastic. Room very nice, temp very nice, view great. Will stay here again if I’m ever in this area gain."

"Cabin is exactly as described. Host sent several messages to insure everything was fine. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Hayward. Comfortable bed along with two bunk beds, perfect for a family with two kids. No stove, but apartment size fridge, coffee maker etc."

"I gave it a 3 because the maintenance person tried to be helpful even though there was a limit on resources. Most of the rooms had sustained water damage so I was the only guest in street side of the building so the best part was how quiet it was day and night. Had the place to myself, even the office. The cell coverage and WiFi did not reach into the room. "

"Beautiful cabin and perfect size for a girls weekend (7 ladies). House was clean and had everything we needed. Great location around Birchwood and right on the lake. Host was responsive and accommodating. The fireplace was perfect for chilly March days. "

"The hosts were absolutely amazing. Some of the nicest most caring people you'll run in to. They were very flexible with us with the weather and super accommodating during the stay. The place is awesome. Super cozy, very comfortable. Everything that you'd need is there. Can't wait to stay there again "
