「Appart spacieux que nous louions dans la maison. C'est une maison partagée avec plusieurs colocataires. La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.」

「This was a very nice space for my 22 year daughter and I to get in some broadway shows! Separate rooms to sleep in with separate TVs, clean! Nice fridge and microwave for us too. Felt very safe and yet close to times square. I would only suggest to get heavier shower curtain or different shower nozzle as the curtain would blow right on you while you tried to soap up. Nearly impossible to shower without someone else holding the curtain away from the outside. Otherwise I highly recommend this...

「The house is very clean! The host communication and response time is the best I have ever countered! The house is exactly how it is pictured! My family and I had an amazing time spending Christmas here!」

「This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower.」

「Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. 」

「This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath.」

「We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.」

「This room provided basic essentials for my family to visit NYC. There is a small kitchenette with stove burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a few kitchen utensils. There is a bathroom, a kitchen table, one bed, and one pull-out futon. The side street location was quieter than the main streets located just a minute or two away. We sensed that the neighborhood was somewhat safe overall, though we remained vigilant. We loved the Exquisite Deli at the end of the street that had great...

「We spent a much needed relaxing weekend at this location. I can't say enough good things about this property. It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and very clean. We would rent this property again.」
