「The staff were very helpful and friendly, and their English was fluent, making communication very easy. That said, some of the room facilities are a little dated, especially the bathroom. The shower water pressure was also somewhat low. I found the Dove shower gel and shampoo to be fairly average, and the fragrance was a little too strong for my liking. I used the housekeeping service every day, but I noticed that there was still visible dust on the surface of the bed cover. I would appreciate...

「Great location and price. Staff speak good English. If there is Hot spring, it would be better. 」

「I like the antiques and the furniture at the lobby」

「The room and the food were good. But the spa was just so so.」

「The room is huge. I was on top floor with the habour view and I can see customers enjoying the little pool and sunbathing. It was also very close to the fresh squid restaurant which I heard from a Japanese chef that it was the best raw squid you can have in Kyushu. Overall highly recommended. Driving back to town is about 20 mins so it is actually quite convenient.」
