“The hotel is very dated. The advertised restaurant or pool are no longer functional nor in operation. The room was very comfortable and cleaned nicely. The breakfast was nice and provided juices, coffee, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, and sausage.”

“I would live to chat with Hilton, regarding my three seperate stay at the Doubletree in Bay Cuty. I’m eager to hear back from Hilton, or the Bay City Regional. Towels were AWESOME”

“The room smelled like cigar, the hot tub was slimy. The pool was ok. The breakfast only had waffles and cereal no hot choices.”

“I love the coffee 24/7 in lobby each cup is freshly ground and made, it makes no sense to have in room for me.”

“The property was decently clean, never saw a houskeeper, but pool was stalked with towels and we enjoyed the breakfast. Had a little bit of issues with staff. Slightly rude about curtains to pool area. I just wanted to watch my son from the lobby through the windows and was moving the blinds to see in. Was confronted by staff about it. To be fair I don't think she knew I was a parent. Then we were put on "hold" for the front desk for like 5 minutes. They just placed the phone on the counter……

“First and foremost the staff was exceptional. All helpful and checking in if we needed anything anytime we saw someone. Drink vouchers and buffet was an added perk we were not expecting. Walking distance to shops and other fun places. Short drive to boat ramp and Bronners. I recommend staying there as I would stay there again.”

“What a wonderful surprise this little gem was. The staff were so friendly. The property is clean and well maintained. The room was up to date and comfortable. Quiet space outside the room with a chair that was nice to read. Nice smoking area away from the room. We really appreciated the place and the cost was very reasonable.”
