“This is not a 4 star hotel. It was nasty, toilet paper laying around, bugs inside our room when we arrived, the room had many construktional flaws, no TV, wifi didn't work. I would give this hotel 2 stars max. ”

“From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff could not be more helpful, always on hand to help with any question's we had, and helped when we needed to have something printed off.
The room was spacious, clean, with the most comfortable bed and pillows.
The view from the balcony was worth every penny of our stay.

“We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy.
We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. We were told to “speak to Expedia” instead of fixing anything.
For health and safety reasons, we had to decline the stay and leave immediately.
