As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridgefreezer, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery. Also equipped with a Tv and satellite channels.
For your convenience there is a restaurant on the ground floor and also a new supermarket called Spinneys. Wifi is available at the restaurant.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax with a beachfront balcony view.
There is free parking at the apartment arranged prior to arrival.
There is one separate bedroom in this apartment which contains 2 single beds and 1 foldaway single bed. In the living area there is a small sofa bed only suitable for children.
There is a separate bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels and beach towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Private pool access and private beach access is included in your booking.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a daily utilities fee of 100 EGP (egyptian pound) applies.
Please note the following:
- Only guests numbers that are stated in your booking are authorised to stay. Should you arrive with more guest(s), you will be refused entry with no refund, alternatively, the host may agree upon an extra guest fee per stay. Extra guest fees are 20€ for an adult and 10€ for a child, for a stay upto 7 nights. More than 7 nights the fee is 50€ for an adult and 25€ for a child.
- Palm Beach Piazza, part of the Orbit group, does not accept ORFI couples. As a couple, if at least 1 adult is of egyptian origin, then an official Egyptian marriage certificate is required.
