"Mon séjour dans ce gîte a été extrêmement décevant. Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction.
Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. Face à cette situation absurde, j’ai dû contacter le service client d’Hôtel.com pour intervenir, car la gérante, ne parlait pas...
