Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Separate toilet.

- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other flats and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small impasse. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Between Saint Malo and Cancale, come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a holiday resort for tourists in all seasons.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
