“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

“Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock……

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Premium Studio with Pool view at Avista Bloomfield was clean, comfortable and safe. We recommend this spot for your next visit.....we will be back. Parking was included and a large supermarket is in walking distance as well as full service gas stations for that late night snack. The town was also close by so we we able to get breakfast at Juici Patty and find delicious jerk chicken at night. Our room had a full kitchen with coffee, snacks and beverages and was……

“The home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was spacious and inviting. The communication was troublesome at times as we did not receive the access codes in a timely manner. Our flight was delayed and we were not able to arrive until a day later than expected but were not give access info until the day we arrived, not the original day we were supposed to check in. The shared living areas were well keep. The kitchen and bedrooms were not cleaned well. The silverware in the drawers……

“No issue with the property at all - have stayed here many times and it is lovely. Do not deal with Burbank Vacations. They overbooked and left me stranded with nowhere to go at Christmas. DO NOT deal with these people.”
