"Stayed with 3 friends for one night and we wish we were able to spend more time! Alice was amazing to work with, she always responded quickly and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment had electronic access codes that Alice provided us before our stay which made it super easy to get in and eliminated the stress of having to track down and return keys. She also kept our luggage in a secure room after our checkout so we could spend more time in Bordeaux before we headed to Paris....

"All around 10/10 service, food, amenities and relaxation. Highly recommend"

"Relatively a new facility, with a good location over-looking the river, very close to the train station, easy access to city center by Uber/taxi, tram, or by walking. Gym has good equipment, but limited. Staff very helpful. Restaurant is good, and also able to get refreshments, snacks etc for your room. AC was not as effective as needed for 100 degree heat wave. Rooms are a good size for EU standards with a good bathroom and closet space. Two small elevators, with one not working for 5 days was not helpful. Would stay again, as they are rebuilding the entire area near the hotel."

"We stayed in a building separate from the hotel in three large suites. The suites are quite large with three rooms and one with two bathrooms. There is a chess board in each suite. The view of vineyards and the quiet ambiance complements the memorable stay. The staff is very accommodating and the dinner at the hotel was fabulous. This is a 5 star hotel, but I would give it a 10 star experience. If you wish to create fond memories, this is the place to stay."

"The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, relatively close to several interesting places. We were surprised by the size of the room. It was tiny. We reserved an accesible room with an additional sofa-bed thinking that without using it, it'll be more spacious but it was completely opposite. With our luggage and a round table it was almost impossible to move around. The room cleaning was superficial. Breakfast was good and the parking is paid by the hour."

"Very environmentally friendly lodging, in an extremely walkable part of St. Emelion. Nath's (owner) mother owns the restaurant across the street. She has some recommended bottles of wine in the room with prices very clearly labeled. It was great to have AC, and a mini fridge. Would highly recommend!"

"I stayed at L’Escale Bigaroux which is a very beautiful place indeed with marvellous views across the lovely medieval town of St. Emilion. The 14th century building retains many original features and has some very tasteful and respectful installations including an excellent kitchen, fantastically luxurious king size bed and probably the best shower in the universe! Martine is very friendly and welcoming and she communicates very well. The check in and check out was very straightforward and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. When I left, I wished I’d reserved a week instead of just one night!"
