Great villa, great location.

The villa is decorated with taste, light and airy and very comfortable. The pool and gardens fantastic. I would highly recommend and would definitely like to go back.

Absolutely fantastic stay!!

A fantastic family house that we couldnt have asked more from. A true gem overlooking St Florent with a stunning beach and activities a 10 min walk away. The terrace and heated swimming pool were perfect, especially in the evening with the sunsets. I Would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to the north of corsica. The town itself has all the ammenitites for cooking in or eating out. I would have given more stars if the software would allow. 10*

Superbe villa!

Accueil chaleureux, informations pertinentes sur la maison dès notre arrivée. Piscine utilisée à fond par les jeunes, terrain de boules par les vieux :-). Magnifique maison à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Cuisine très bien équipée. À recommander sans hésitations!

Fantastic stay early summer

We wholeheartedly recommend this villa, reality is even slightly better than the pictures shown. The pool is larger than average for a holiday home, and has multiple levels of depth - which made that our kids spend hours and hours swimming and diving. We had an amazing week with 2 families and in retrospect we could've easily fit one or two babysitters as well. Parts of the villa have just been renovated, which results in a fresh and stylish ambiance with new bathrooms. Proximity to saint Florent is perfect.

Trés bonne adresse

location idéale pour groupe de 9 amis. Beaucoup d'espace, chambres ou suites permettant de garder une intimité, grande piscine sécurisée, vue magnifique, parking privé pour nos 5 voitures. proche de St Florent et plage. Bon accueil de Karen et remise des clefs facile.la location a été trés facile à situer avec les coordonnées GPS fournies par la propriétaire trés équipée. sans vis à vis. belle décoration. terrain de pétanque. barbecue. Beau jardin. Maison sur 3 niveaux. Même l'appartement indépendant au RDC est immense. Tout proche il y a le port de plaisance, loueurs de bateaux etc ainsi que bcp de petits restaurants. Bref que du bonheur. Merci encore.

Unreliable host

Be ware: the house and the surroundings look great, but the hostess Karen is a really unreliable person. She wasn’t there at check in, altough she promised to show up the next day: she didn’t come. We found the house really dirty, especially the cupboards. We had to clean all the cutlery ourselves and the dishwasher was full. Also the sink was leaking, the stove only partially worked and the sunchairs are old. One broke by just sitting on it! In stead of apologising, they charged us for it! Also the advertisement states ‘heated pool’, but that’s incorrect. The pool is marginally heated for a few hours a day, which doesn’t result in a nice temperature. We were disappointed by this because we especially had chosen this house for the heated pool, since we have small children and the holiday was in october…. Finally, at check out, Karen also wasn’t there. We vacumed the whole place before leaving and paid a large amount for cleaning, still they charged us double on our credit card without any notice. My advice: don’t book this house. The pictures look nice, but you will be disappointed by the service you would expect and extra charges.

Super séjour à St Florent

Nous avons séjourné 2 familles pendant une semaine dans cette maison. La maison ne manque d’aucun équipement, est très grande pour le respect de l’intimité de tous, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Emplacement très calme, nous la conseillons vivement. Excellent séjour. Seule remarque ; il n’y a pas la table de ping-pong annoncée dans le descriptif.

Belle maison avec un jardin extraordinaire

Très grande maison pour vivre avec plusieurs familles et beaucoup d’espaces et très bien entretenue et une équipe de ménage et de piscine très à l’écoute . Bcp de réactivité en cas de pb. Maison au calme et bien située à proximité de Saint-Florent. Pas De table de Ping Pong malgré l’annonce. Une grande piscine très agréable. A découvrir

Amazing house, very spacious and great equipment. Perfect for large groups.

Great communication with Claire and Karen. The house has a lot of charm, very well decorated and equipped with everything you might need for your break. Good location as well very close to st florent and the port. Amazing views on the sea and mountains, very calm and a lot of space for everyone. Would definitey recommend it.

un séjour inoubliable

Nous cherchions une grande villa de 14 personnes pour passer une semaine en famille. Ce séjour a dépassé nos attentes. Vue splendide sur la baie de Saint-Florent, jardin incroyablement fleuri, de nombreux espaces extérieurs et intérieurs très pratiques pour ne pas se marcher dessus, climatisation bien utile pendant les périodes chaudes, piscine très belle et parfaitement sécurisée. La plage se trouve à 5 minutes à pied, la villa est calme. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Nous ne pouvons que vivement vous conseiller de profiter des beautés de la Corse en louant cette belle villa en famille ou entre amis.

Tolle Lage und viel Platz, sehr gastfreundlich

Wir waren 9 Personen für eine Woche im Mai. Das Haus ist großzügig konzipiert, hat ausreichend Zimmer und Bäder. Dadurch, dass es etwas verwinkelt gebaut ist, bleibt für den einzelnen genügend persönlicher Rückzugsraum, wenn gewünscht. Andererseits sind Küche und Esszimmer im Verbund mit der tollen Aussichtsterasse und auch das grosse Wohnzimmer ein wunderbarer Platz, um sich mit allen zu treffen. Der Pool ist wunderbar! Man hat den Eindruck, die Gastgeber wollen einen Platz bieten, an dem man sich wohl und zu Hause fühlt. Trotz der sehr guten technischen Ausstattung mit Unterhaltungselektronikund gutem Mobiliar, sowie der geschickten Architektur, wirkt das Haus nicht unangenehm pratentiös sondern eben sehr gastlich, als wäre man bei Freunden. Nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr guten Betreuung durch freundliche und hilfsbereite Ansprechpersonen vor Ort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit!

Great weeks vacation in family friendly home

I spent a week in this beautiful home with my wife and four children. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to the beach and about 30 minutes into St Floren. The property was perfect and well maintained, with everything you need to feel at home from home. We would love to come back!! Perfect :)
