Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. Avec mes 4petits enfants nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour au calme, avons bien profité de la piscine, des légumes du jardin. Belle villa, grande, tout confort, bien équipée. Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Sogar ein GemĂŒsegarten, wo wir uns bedienen konnten.Auch ein HĂŒhnerstall war vorhanden und es gab immer frische Eier.Nicola war ein toller Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gĂŒnstig gelegen, um mal in den Bergen wandern zu gehen oder auch mal ans Meer zu fahren. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Nicolas, der Vermieter, hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wĂ€re stets erreichbar gewesen. Herzlichen Dank Walter & Christine, Bern/CH Villa tranquille pleine de soleil avec piscine privĂ©e Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines trĂšs agrĂ©ables dans cette maison. Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour faire des randonnĂ©es en montagne ou pour aller Ă  la mer. La maison offre tout ce que l'on peut dĂ©sirer. SpĂ©ciale dĂ©dicace Ă  Nicolas pour avoir tout fait pour que notre semaine de vacances se passe au top! Un accueil exceptionnel tout en sourire, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se rafraĂźchir 😉 de l’eau fraĂźche, du rosĂ© excellent ( en plus c’est sa femme qui le produit !) et la piscine!. Profitez de votre sĂ©jour pour prendre rdv pour la visite du vignoble et partager une belle dĂ©gustation accompagnĂ©e d’un bon plateau de charcuteries et de fromages. La piscine ( belle surprise de dĂ©couvrir la nouvelle terrasse en bois 👍), le barbecue, la plancha, le potager avec de bons lĂ©gumes, des Ɠufs frais quand on nourrit bien les poules, le soleil, la bonne humeur

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© fort bien accueilli par le propriĂ©taire. Bouteille de rose Ă  l arrivĂ©e. AccĂšs libre aux lĂ©gumes du potager et aux Ɠufs du poulailler. Un vrai plaisir. Par ailleurs, le logement n Ă©tait pas propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Aussi, tout n Ă©tait pas en bon Ă©tat (barre de la douche,transat de piscine). Grand mĂ©nage ultra nĂ©cessaire surtout. La maison est tellement belle qu elle le mĂ©rite bien. 🙂

Villa parfaitement conforme au descriptif initial, un accueil cordial et souple lors de l arrivée. Une villa confortable spacieuse et pratique , a noter une trÚs belle cuisine bien équipée , deux terrasses trÚs adaptées aux repas et apéritifs en extérieur et une piscine propre et agreable.nous avons apprécié également le potager dont nous avons pu profiter , avec une belle production de légumes de saison . En résumé une bonne adresse à recommander, assorti d un propriétaire disponible réactif et trÚs sympathique dans un village agréable

La maison est bien situĂ©e proche des commoditĂ©s, et assez spacieuse pour pouvoir se reposer. Des boissons nous attendaient dans le frigo en guise de bienvenue et la maison dispose d’un poulailler et d’un jardin dans lesquels nous Ă©tions autorisĂ©s Ă  consommer Ɠufs et lĂ©gumes !! Des bonnes surprises annoncĂ©es Ă  notre arrivĂ©e par M. Pineau, un hĂŽte souriant et jovial comme on en voit rarement !! Il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeant sur l’heure d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part. Nous avons passé des vacances trÚs agréables dans cette grande maison trÚs bien équipée et au calme. Les enfants, et les parents, ont largement profité de la piscine. L'accueil par notre hÎte était parfait, avec entre autre une bouteille de rosé au frais à notre arrivée.

HĂŽte sympathique et attentionnĂ©, il nous a laissĂ© une bouteille de vin et un petit apĂ©ro pour le soir, des informations sur sa rĂ©gion. Maison agrĂ©able et calme,chambres de taille standard, trĂšs grand salon et cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, salle de bain fonctionnelle, le tout trĂšs propre. Un petit plus avec les Ɠufs frais des poules et le potager(oĂč l'on peut se servir). Un petit bĂ©mol sur les finitions de la maison (marches en parpaing, mur non crĂ©pitĂ©,contour de la piscine, manque barres de seuil Ă  l'Ă©tage...).
