House "Les Dunes", detached. 1.5 km from the centre of St. Germain-sur-Ay, 8 km from the centre of Lessay, 40 km from the centre of Cherbourg, in a secluded position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: natural state property 9'000 m2 with meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Narrow motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 220 cm. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, bakery 2.5 km, bus stop "Abbatiale" 11 km, sandy beach 200 m. Riding stable 1 km.
"Les Dunes", 4-room house 85 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Maison idéal au calme avec vue dégagée à 360°

Cette maison est idéal pour ceux qui aime le calme. Il n'y a pas de voisins proches et les plages sont vraiment agréables avec peu de personnes. Le climat est aussi assez idéal avec un air vivifiant. Il y a aussi les fruits de mer excellent pour se remettre en forme. Tout pour bien se ressourcer.
