Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
Location - The Marsh Mellow is located mid-island, at the end of Bonito Road, in the Marina. This is a great location that places the home in close proximity to all the fun! We're just a quick 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach and equally close to Dabvis Love Park. Nestled between the marsh and Fripp Inlet to the east, the Marsh Mellow boasts unparalleled sunrise views, while to the west, the Marina with partial sunset views.Layout - At the front of the house, a gated entrance ensures privacy to a secluded courtyard. Ascending the stairs, the front door opens to a convenient drop zone, perfect for shedding your shoes before entering the main living area. To the left, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and a balcony offering picturesque views of the Marina. On the right, the family room and the rear balcony. Nestled between the kitchen and family room is a convenient half-bath. Upstairs, both bedrooms await. A small landing separates two nearly identical master suites, each boasting a king-size bed and private ensuites. Below the main living space, the garage houses bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, and the golf cart. Just outside the garage and to the left, is the outdoor shower.Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped to ease meal prep with all the essentials at your fingertips. In addition to the standard pots, pans, utensils, cups, and plates, we go above and beyond. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you sign a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable $150 pet fee for the first dog, with an additional $75 for a second dog. No more than two dogs allowed on the property. Please note that guests bringing dogs without prior approval will be subject to an additional $300 charge.
