“Very good hotel, the location is excellent which right in the center. Close to all places you want to go. You if you drive here, public packing is available, only 2-3 mins walk. Price is also reasonable if you plan to pack over night. I only paid 30 Euro for 3 days.”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the bar opposite to the hotel was too noisy through the night which affacted my sleep.”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed here when travelling on the Caen ferry and arriving late, and it was lovely. The family rooms are very comfortable and uniquely decorated. Buffet breakfast is easy and quick. There’s a lovely garden for the kids to run around ”

“Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me……

“We were on a bit of a road trip in France and had decided to spend a couple of days in Normandy after coming off the ferry. Easy to find and well located for the WW2 historical sites in the area. The hotel is lovely and the hosts could not be more accommodating (e.g. we got an early checkin). The breakfasts were excellent and we had an evening meal there as well - again excellent. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with a separate toilet.”

“This is a very comfortable hotel. We stayed a second time as a couple, to use as a base to visit WW2 sites. Ideal. The staff are very welcoming. Great breakfast available, evening meal if requested. Bar. Near the sea with several restaurants near by, check opening times out of season. Highly recommended.”
