"By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in – truly 5 stars! Firstly, thank you. We would like to warmly thank all staff, as every individual we interacted with was phenomenal. So, to give context – I’m kind of fussy. I’ve travelled extensively for 20 years with business, and this has resulted in many disappointing personal holidays, as I want and expect a certain level. When booking holidays, “5 star” clearly means different things to different people, or different locations. Therefore, we knew we wanted to visit Malta, and made sure we did our homework on location and hotel beforehand. If you are younger and enjoy a thriving nightlife, then you have Paceville a short walk away. We wanted a more “resort feel” whilst still being close to stuff – this hit the nail on the head. Transport links are excellent and only a stroll from the hotel. Regarding the hotel – faultless! We actually spent much more time in the hotel than anticipated. Pool great, general SPA and course available were fab, and the paid SPA services were excellent. The Thai restaurant in the hotel was simply awesome. We ate there on the first and the last night. We secured a room with lounge access. WOW!!! What a lounge! I’ve been a loyal IHG member for 25 years and this exceeded any executive lounge I’ve been "

"We spent the first week in October at the IHG Continental Malta. We booked last minute and chose this hotel because we had stayed in the IHG Barcelona which was a fantastic hotel. The IHG Malta is a five star hotel but could do with updating in places, its beginning to look worn. The Club Lounge has limited times something which is different from other IHG's. Other than that I have nothing but praise for all of the staff, they are friendly, approachable and most of all helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Njambi in the Cub Lounge. She was a fountain of knowledge and we based our daily trips on the information she gave us about different parts of the island and also Gozo. Be warned this hotel is in the middle of a very noisy area of St Julians, noisy pubs, clubs and party goers, if you like your surroundings quiet this is not the place for you."

"Everything about my stay was wonderful — from the attentive staff to the cleanliness and amenities, as well as the convenient location. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff member Anthony and the cleaning lady Winnie, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "
