De plus, les prestations annoncées telles que la piscine n'étaient pas au rendez-vous. Malgré nos signalements, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de la part de l'hôte. Une expérience malheureusement très négative pour notre famille.”

“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. “The flat was advertised as having a small washing machine and dishwasher. When we arrived, the old washing machine was out on the landing because they had just replaced it. Over our first few days we did a couple small loads of laundry and it turned out the washing machine was installed incorrectly, draining into the dishwasher. We didnt have many dishes so had been hand washing. Turned out the sink also drained into the dishwasher. After a couple days the dishwasher leaked the gross drain water……
