Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies to enjoy the mountain air. - A bedroom with two double beds (140×190), and a single bed bunk on one of the double beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m², facing West, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, as well as a second balco.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant environment at 300 meters from the ski slopes and the shops. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
