"I walked in the hotel at 1pm knowing that check in was at 4pm. I just wanted to leave my bag at reception while I go shopping. She checked my reservation to confirm it and instead of taking my bag she upgraded my room, checked me in right away and told me the room was available now. Wow, what a great service. I forgot the name of the lady at the front desk but she was so friendly and funny. It's not the first time I choose this hotel and everytime I have a great experience. Location, service, personal experience. I love it"

"We stayed for three nights and it was fabulous! The rooms are very clean and have a balcony which is convenient. Great for family’s as the pool on the top floor was really a hit! Everyone was very friendly during our stay. Great value. No complaints! "

"Second time staying there. Room is clean etc. but there are other guests that are up all night. In and out of rooms. Making noise. Doors open and shut until 4 am. They need to have someone monitoring the hallways to ensure peace and quiet after midnight. "

"DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE. This company is unreachable. Try calling the number, it goes nowhere. Same with the email. Do NOT STAY HERE. After booking through expedia, they never contacted me to confirm until 15 mins before 4pm on the day of. Expedia tells me this place DENIED my refund request, after having to stay somewhere else and for one less day. If you are booking with your child near the biodome, prepare an alternative location and get you child ready for disappintment, as that is all that awaits you here. Im formally disputing the charges with VISA."

"Internet sucked. Other than that a great experience. Pool was warm and clean. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were at our room within minutes. Kids forgot their tooth brushes and the front desk had spare ones. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Let us check-in 2 hours early. When we mentioned we were there for the biodome etc they provided useful information. Overall a great experience"

"At check in the room I got was not cleaned and was absolutely disgusting and had party decorations everywhere. The room key also didn’t work at first. So I had to go back down and get another room. Other than this it was a good stay, although it had no amenities as it is under renovations which isn’t stated anywhere when booking."
