Location propre, relativement bien équipée et calme, très proche de Saint Briac Sur Mer, de Saint Lunaire, de Dinard, etc. De plus le temps en ce mois de septembre nous a été très favorable … Le propriétaire (sympathique) non présent sur le gîte est disponible si besoin, c’est appréciable…

Très bellz petite maison au calme

Calme et reposant. Équipement ok mis à part télé vraiment très petite et mauvais son. Jardin très appréciable et parfaitement clos pour prendre un chien sans tracas.

Super séjour,

Super séjour, l’accueil fut chaleureux et la maison impeccable. Nous sommes ravies d'avoir pu profiter de ce lieu magnifique avec nos enfants sans oublier notre chien !!! nous avons grandement apprecier le jardin ainsi que nos voisins les moutons. Grand bol d'air et dépaysement total pour nous parisiens !!! Merci pour tout

C'est notre 2ème séjour au gîte. Nous apprécions la propreté du lieu et son calme ainsi que la proximité du centre commercial pour faire les courses. Le gîte est bien équipé. Merci au propriétaire pour la bouteille de cidre et les petits gâteaux en guise de bienvenue. C'est toujours appréciable après le voyage. Je recommande bien volontiers cette location.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait au gîte du doux verger Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils Le gîte a été extrêmement bien conçu et pensé, tout est pensé pour que les vacances soient idéales , la terrasse et le jardin clos sont confortables, tout est mis en œuvre pour un accueil parfait et chaleureux C’est un havre de calme et de tranquillité assez proche de la mer et donc de saint lunaire Des vacances de rêve en Bretagne la bonne adresse est donc ici!

Le doux Verger : un petit coin de paradis.

Logement agréable, fonctionnel et lumineux. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse et le jardin ainsi que la magnifique campagne environnante. Les stations de St Lunaire et St Briac sur mer valent le détour.

Gutes Basiscamp für Ausflüge in die Region!

Wir (Paar +/-60 mit Hund) haben eine Woche im 3-Ähren-Haus von Fabien und Paola verbracht. Die Wohnung, ein Anbau an ein größeres Haus, war wie beschrieben, geschmackvoll ausgestattet und hat alles geboten, was man bei Selbstversorgung braucht. Terasse (mit Außendusche!) und Garten haben uns (und dem Hund) auch ein schönes Ambiente geboten, wenn wir mal nicht auf Tour gehen wollten. Fabien und Paola waren ausgesprochen unkompliziert und sehr, sehr freundlich! Das Highlight ihrer Gastfreundschaft bildete ein frischer Hummer! Obwohl das Haus an einer Regionalstraße gelegen ist, ist es überhaupt nicht laut. Einziger Wehrmutztropfen: sich zu Fuß vom Haus wegzubewegen ist schwierig, da es an der Straße keinerlei Seitenstreifen o.ä. gibt. Auto (oder Fahrräder) ist dringend zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung, die wir hatten, war für 2 Personen gut geeignet, für mehr Personen würde es wohl eng. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder - merci à Paola et Fabien!
