“The room was clean and had usual amenities for tea, coffee and also some cookies. The manager was polite and to the point, though no warm repartee/ conversation. The breakfast ( full English) was exceptional. The room we had faced a fenced in green field site that looked as though it had been used to dump construction materials , plastic chairs and rubble.., The hotel has no control of that, and this was a minor distraction. We learned from local folks that the food here is very good, though……

“City Studios is offering a place to stay with the convenience of self catering. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped and I had plenty of space for my stuff. “The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. A member of staff……
