「This is our third stay at Iron Horse and we will keep coming back. We are most impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Paint, carpet, bathroom, etc are all clean and in great working order. The property is clean and well-kept as well. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The Inn is located close to many of the Black Hills attractions. 「Ok for a quick stay during a road trip. The town was a bit quiet, and the hotel was not very well-maintained. The drainage was clogged, and although they had a plumber fix it, we had to wait almost 30 minutes, which affected our sleeping time. I wish they had checked everything before check-in so no one’s time would be wasted on technical issues that could have been avoided.」

「The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!」
