Mediocre Stay

This hotel has potential, but the pool isn’t very good. You can talk there used to be a hot tub/whirlpool that they have since removed. The room itself is not very big. It is well air-conditioned, but the shower is so basic. If you want to partake in the evening buffet, you need to give them at least 24 hours notice even though hardly anyone shows up. The buffet is overpriced. The hotel has real potential if they would invest some money into cleaning it up, but as it currently stands, I would not return.

No me gustó el hotel, no limpian las habitaciones, no tienen servicio de bar ni café hasta las 10 am solo si pagas el desayuno, no hay nada cerca si planean un viaje quédense en san Rafael no en Fréjus Ni hay donde cenar ni comer solo desayunar lo que te dan ahí El aire acondicionado de la habitación es malo Fuimos a un triatlón en agosto y ni porque la competencia es temprano y muchos estaban hospedados ahí pudieron abrir antes el desayuno y dar café

Trevlig personal men AC:n fungerade inte och fläkten som man kunde sätta på brummade jättehögt. Pytteliten dusch som iofs funkade för oss. Poolens vatten var 32 grader varmt så svalkade inte. Bra läge.

Accoglienza della ragazza alla reception eccellente! Colazione ottima, bellissima la piscina. Camera piccolissima con bagno minuscolo molto datati, solo una presa elettrica in tutta la stanza, condizionatore molto rumoroso, tutto poco curato in tutta la struttura. Peccato perché sarebbe un bellissimo albergo!

Le personnel est très sympathique et dynamique. Nous avons profité des extérieurs sans soucis bien avant l'heure de récupération de la chambre. Le cadre jardin, piscine et aire de jeux est très agréable. Cordialement.

Je recommanderais l’hôtel

Très bien accueilli, lorsqu’on téléphone, la personne au téléphone, répond et nous informe correctement, la chambre était très bien, très propre, le lit très confortable, le seul petit défaut, la douche qui était très petite et le rideau du couloir entre la salle de bain et la chambre qui faisait que tomber ( pour notre chambre). Sinon dans l’ensemble tout était très bien.

hôtel parfaitement situé a moins de 100m de la plage La piscine est propre et entretenu La chambre de l'hôtel etait peu propre, des tâches au sol a droite du lit sont restées durant tout notre sejour, pareil pour les toiles de poussieres dans la salle de bain La prestation ne vaut pas les 130€ la nuit avec un petit déjeuner limité en terme de choix Point bonus, le personnel est très sympathique et souriant

Hôtel simple, propre et très bien placé

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de Port-Fréjus et de ses bars et restaurants. L'ensemble est plutôt propre et simple. Point positif les dîners buffet, à 24€ sur la terrasse extérieure, mais à réserver la veille. Gros point négatif sur l'organisation et le contenu du petit déjeuner...pour ce prix!!! Pour 27€ on s'entend à un peu plus de choix et des plats de qualité supérieure (ne vous fiez pas aux photos!) Dès l'ouverture la mise en place du peu de plat n'est pas complète, obligé d'attendre (plus de 20 min pour le bacon par exemple). Quand vous allez travailler le matin même ça peut poser problème. La vaisselle n'était pas non plus en quantité suffisante, obligé de demander der des bols, des cuillères.... Ce petit-déjeuner est très loin de valoir 27€, très déçue ! Si j'avais su, je ne l'aurais pas pris!!!

Vieille chambre pas rénovée, pas pratique.

État de la chambre très mauvaise. Sol en parquet qui est entièrement à refaire. Pas de prises de courant a coté du lit. N’ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner car très onéreux pour une qualité de premier prix des ingrédients et peu de choix. Café en poudre….

L'hotel ha alcuni punti di forza inportanti, come la posuzione vicino al centro e vicino al mare. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo se si sceglie solo il pernottamento. Gli spazi comuni sono carini, la piscina molto apprezzata dai bambini. L'unico problema è la stanza piccola e la mancanza nella nostra di un terrazzino dove poter stemdere teli e costumi bagnati. L'aria condizionata è rumorosa, come scritto da altri, ma non disturba il sonno. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso un buon hotel

Trop chers pour les prestations, les chambres quadruple sont trop petite. Il n'y a pas de colis bien ( eau plate, café ...)venu comme dans beaucoup d'autres hôtels. J'ai été très déçue.
