“I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with……

“Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

“No front desk . U have to check in 72 hour before and they said if u don’t do it u lost your booking . No phone number for the host to talk directly. And no money back . Horrible horrible . and the park in the front full off rats . Disgusting”

“First the positives:Great location; very central, close to Metro stations on several different lines. 10 min walk to Chatelet Les Halles for RER to Disneyland. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Recommend Paolina Cafe opposite for freshly baked croissants and coffee. Hosts were responsive, door access was easy via keycodes. Apartment was clean. No hidden charges like other rentals in Paris that charge 'late' check-in fees of upto 100 euros for check-in after 7pm, or outrageous damage deposits of……
