This 18th-century house, adjoining the owners' residence, houses two gîtes in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye, Côtes de Bourg, and Bordeaux Supérieur vineyards. It offers a beautiful view and features a spa (open from May to September) as well as a 10x5 m swimming pool with a pool house, terrace, and large relaxation area. Leisure facilities include a ping-pong table, table football, charcoal barbecue, electric griddle, and a garage. On the ground floor, the large living area includes a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, a dining room, and a lounge with a sofa and armchairs. A bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (one double bed 140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and toilet. A separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board complete this level. Upstairs, two large bedrooms accommodate two single beds (90 cm), and the other a queen-size bed with an extra bed. The latter has a shower and sink in the bedroom, with a toilet on the landing. The upper floor is air-conditioned, and heating is supplemented by a wood-burning stove. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Pool towels, kitchen linens, and firewood are provided, while bathroom linens are optional. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available as an option. One pet is allowed with a deposit. Tourist tax is an additional charge. The cottage is also suitable for teleworking, with a desk area in the living room and a high-performance internet connection.
