"This was my second stay at this property. The other was in August 2024. Good Internet connection, comfortable bed, ease of transportation with a tram stop across the street. I would recommend this property go others. "

"A nice and convenient place with easy access to the city centre. Very well maintained. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would be improved through the addition of air conditioning, but otherwise, this is a recommended stay. "

"They have pictures of nice and clean beautiful rooms in the website but this is not true. The room smelled and it had little bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has mold and it was very warm. The towels had stains. I would not recommend this unless your on a very low budget. "

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

"Our second visit to Apparteo Bordeaux and equally enjoyable! The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+. A lot of renovation of the surrounding area makes for a very pleasant stay with loads of waterside restaurants, the lovely Halles de Bacalan and, of course the Cite du Vin. Can recommend taking the No. 4 bus from directly across the road to the Château de Pape Clemente...

(I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. Loved the decor in the Art Deco room of the Barge. The hosts provide everything needed, even putting milk, butter and orange juice in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. "Amazing area, lovely host. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable."

"We had a great week and this house, it’s a fantastic property well equipped for 3 families with 7 children all under the age of 13. The terrace and pool area were perfect for long, lazy lunches in the sunshine. We had a slight issue with the freezer that was dealt very promptly by the helpful and friendly owners. Would definitely recommend this as a place for friends and family for a get together."

"Notre séjour c'est passé impeccablement bien grâce à cette maison. Sa piscine au sel nous a bien rafraîchie et sa salle de loisiers est vraiment sympa. On a fortement apprécié la clim pour des nuits fraîches par les chaleurs. L'accueil était très bien avec un petit cadeau d'entrée. "First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). "The house and pool were absolutely lovely. Pool was great size for 3 teens and us and well used in a very hot week. Well equipped, lovely garden and patio. Lots of day trips about and easy to access."
