"I will get negatives out of the way first, the listing says this is a working dairy farm however there is just a few cows and one pig. The grandchildren were looking forward to learning and watching milking etc but there was no opportunity to do this. Rooms typically French with cramped en suite (our friends room loo door would only close for a short legged user. "Authentically French, though owned by chatty Americans; the room (the green room) was spacious with very high ceilings and a quaint bathroom attached. The bed was very hard, but large, with lights and sockets each side. No USB charging, but the wifi was sufficient to watch a movie on my laptop one night. (No in-room TV). Breakfast was croissant and bread. Easy reach from Dieppe, but felt in the middle of nowhere."

"It was an unscheduled stay due to cancelled ferry. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Good varied menu in the bar. Food was excellent. Left at 5 am so didn’t have breakfast but it was all set out ready if you needed it. "

"The staff members were very friendly and accommodating for my two cats and it wasn’t expensive to pay for them (24 euros for two cats). The hotel room was clean and minimalistic but had a high attention to detail. We were a bit worried about bed bugs from the news and social media so when we checked the bed we were comforted to see that the hotel took precautions for guests by triple layering the mattress with mattress covers. All in all a stress free stay"
