L'employé m'a dit qu'il transmettait à sa direction et que nous aurions sûrement une réduction du tarif. Or je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. C'est bien regrettable !」

Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property.
