“the room itself was alright but the staff was not very helpful. We stayed for one night and the day we arrived no one was at the front desk even though it was supposed to be open so I waited for 25 minutes before someone finally came. We gave them our ID’s to take photos and paid the city tax. The next day when checking out, the same lady tried to convince me that we had not yet paid the city tax and when I said I had she said “you must have paid my boss” and I had to explain that I paid her……

“The room was fine but we didn’t know the room we booked was actually a tiny compound separated from the main hotel by looking at the online photos. The room we had was without any privacy as there is only the ground floor (and basement) and everyone walking by the road could see us. We didn’t feel safe as well. ”

“The property was lovely. And mostly everything about it, and the surrounding areas were lovely too. 90% clean as some areas and items in the drawer were unclean. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious from previous guests. Comfy bed. A Polite and welcoming host. Nice pool but freezing cold, and with a lovely area to take walks and to eat out too. Aosta is beautiful!”

“Ottimo soggiorno a Bard. La strutturasi trova a metà del paesino di Bard, si può arrivare in macchina (entrando nella ZTL) anche se il parcheggio si trova poi più in alto Appartamento comodo e spazioso, è disponibile una piccola cucina. Colazione molto ricca e di ottima qualità..l'host è accogliente e premuroso ”

“La literie n’était pas de bonne qualité sur un des 2 lits de la chambre. Nous avons payé très chère pour cet équipement qui est essentiel dans un hôtel. Nous ne reviendrons pas”

“The photos online do not do this place justice. Philippe runs a truly lovely place for a stay in Aosta! He provided us with some information/history of his house and the room itself was very cosy and spacious. On top of that, the view out our window was breathtaking. If I’m ever back, we will for sure be booking here again! Thank you Philippe”
