Simple et efficace

TrÚs bel emplacement pour les vacanciers qui désirent de la tranquillité. Le village de Sainte-Anne est à 8 minutes à pied, la plus belle plage de Martinique (les salines) est à 10 m. en voiture. L'appartement est trÚs propre, tout est fonctionnel. Les hÎtes sont adorables et à l'écouye de leur locataire.l'écoute

Vacances reposantes

L'appartement est trÚs propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est trÚs calme, idéal pour se reposer (rien autour, quartier résidentiel, il faut une voiture pour aller vers des points plus animés). Le propriétaire est disponible, à l'écoute de ses locataires. Les serviettes sont changées 2 fois par semaine et les draps chaque semaine, ce qui est un plus trÚs appréciable. Il faut prendre en considération que St Anne est trÚs au Sud et que pour naviguer sur l'ßle, cela prend beaucoup de temps de route. Le point positif, la plus belle plage (les salines) est à 10mn en voiture. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour passer des vacances calmes et reposantes.

Very cozy section on the home. Air condition works well in both bedrooms. Internet WiFi speed is fast. All appliances as working quite well. The host reponse to your needs and provides items you may need. Lovely quiet residential neighborhood.

TrÚs bien situé. Piscine de bonne dimension. HÎte trÚs agréable malgré trois objets que j'ai cassés ( verres, enrouleur papier essuie tout ) endroit trÚs calme. Barbecue avec table pique-nique dans le jardin. Nous reviendrons.

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, assez proche du village de Sainte Anne, de la plage de la pointe marine et de la grande anse des Salines. Il est quand mĂȘme prĂ©fĂ©rable d’avoir un vĂ©hicule pour faire ces trajets. L’appartement fait parti d’un immeuble comprenant 3 appartements. Il est situĂ© Ă  l’étage, c’est donc le moins agrĂ©able des 3 car il ne donne pas directement sur la piscine. La promiscuitĂ© y est un peu gĂȘnante lorsqu’on veut profiter de celle-ci et que les deux autres familles sont prĂ©sentes sur leur terrasse. NĂ©anmoins, on peu diner sur une terrasse au sortir du logement qui elle-mĂȘme a la vue plongeante sur la piscine et la vue y est agrĂ©able. Le plus du logement est d’avoir 2 salles-de-bain. Les serviettes sont fournies et changĂ©es en quantitĂ© suffisantes. Elles sont trĂšs pratique pour se doucher lorsqu’on revient de la plage. Les deux chambres climatisĂ©es sont Ă©galement trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es et sont indispensables la nuit. 1 lit 160 et 1 lit 140 offrent une possibilitĂ© de place pour 4 personnes. Il semble nĂ©anmoins impossible de faire dormir une 5eme personne dans ces deux chambres. Le sĂ©jour est assez simple, avec une petite banquette et 2 fauteuils vintages. Une petite dĂ©co exotique aurait bien trouvĂ© sa place dans ce sĂ©jour. La cuisine est assez bien Ă©quipĂ©e en vaisselles et casseroles ainsi qu’en Ă©lectromĂ©nager. Rien d’exceptionnel cependant et dans l’ensemble, un peu Cheap. 2 plaques vitrocĂ©ramiques servent Ă  la cuisson mais une seule plaque sera utilisĂ©e Ă  cause de la taille des poĂȘles qui occupent tout l’espace. Nous avons regrettĂ© le « rien du tout » de 1ere nĂ©cessitĂ© et avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© d’acheter sel, poivre, sucre, huile etc.
 Pour une arrivĂ©e assez tardive Ă  FDF prĂ©voyez un minimum de repas et de petit-dĂ©jeuner avant votre arrivĂ©e car vous ne trouverez rien sur place. Le couvre-feu de 20h ayant fait fermer tous les restaurants de Sainte-Anne, il n’a pas Ă©tĂ© facile de se restaurer pour l’arrivĂ©e. Le dĂ©part est assez simple, pas d’état des lieux a faire et le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs arrangeant sur les horaires de dĂ©part. Vous devrez quand mĂȘme vous acquitter de 40 euros pour le mĂ©nage, que vous l’ayez rĂ©alisĂ© par vous-mĂȘme ou pas du tout. Bon sĂ©jour , je recommande.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen genossen! Da wir voriges Jahr schon einmal in diesem Gebiet eine Wohnung hatten, wußten wir, was uns erwartet. Es war eine sehr gepflegte Anlage und der Vermieter war auch sehr nett! Die NĂ€he von Sainte Anne und der fĂŒr uns schönsten StrĂ€nde im SĂŒden von Martinique bescherte uns wieder einen traumhaften Urlaub. Gerne wieder!!!

La maison est située dans un cadre tranquille mais non loin des commerces de Ste Anne. Elle a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour en famille, une climatisation qui fonctionne trÚs bien, une literie confortable, une cuisine bien équipée, une terrasse bien ventilée pour prendre ses repas et une piscine super bien entretenue. Alors que nous étions 3 familles à partager le complexe, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'étroit. C'est avec un immense plaisir que je retournerais à cette location dont les locataires sont à vos soins tout en restant discrets. Merci! The house is located in a quiet area but close to the shops in Ste Anne. It has all you need for a family vacation, air conditioning which worked very well, comfortable bedding, a well equipped kitchen, a breezy patio to take your meals and a well maintained pool. Although we were 3 families staying in the house complex, we never felt crowded. It would be a delight to return there. The owners will look very well after you whilst remaining discreet. Thanks!
