Overall room provides great amenities, size and is close to the train station for easy access around. However a few downsides; no plug for the bathtub, no deadlocks for balcony doors (easy accessible locks for children), shower pressure and temp control poor.

Good property in a great location in the heart of Chatswood. We have stayed here a few times and have always found it good.
The rooms were quiet (we travelled as a family of 4) but could do with an update and some maintenance. One of the toilets needed repairs as soon as we checked in, one of the lamps in the main bedroom was not working at all, a soap dispenser fell off the shower wall and a saucepan in the kitchen cupboard was put away dirty and sported a healthy crop of mould. It is a very convenient location with Chatswood Station just around the corner and Westfield across the road but an update and full maintenance program for The Sebel is long overdue.

Very comfortable, large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. We stayed with grandchildren and really enjoyed our stay.
The pool area as lovely and under cover.

Kids loved the pool and spa...it was the reasin we booked there. I think charging an extra $30 after paying over $500 a night was a bit much...it should be free parking for your stay.

Sebel was affordable while being in the heart of great shops, delicious food options and being 5 minutes from the train station only because you'll get distracted by all the cute and wonderful shops you'll find. They also offered room service, pool, spa and gym. The venue was very accommodating

I was travelling solo with my toddler for his specialist appointments in Chatswood. This hotel was easy to park, close to where i needed to be, easy access to the westfield shopping centre and the mandarin centre, safe location.

Great stay, very accomodating and friendly staff, however the room could have been cleaner, some stains in the carpet that didn’t look great. But overall was a good spot and great value for money, would recommend again!
