“Many times to Mexico, first time to Ixtapa. The area itself is beautiful with lots to see and do over our 2 week stay. The Bay View Grand Marina is perfectly situated and extremely well-maintained. Our unit was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our getaway. The owner and his Property Manager team were super professional and quick to respond with answers to questions or handle any minor issues. We felt cared about and looked after. We are already loking forward to returning!”

“A great place to stay. Nice pool, quiet safe area of Ixtapa, beautiful scenery. We were in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, and it was very spacious. Good air conditioning throughout, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to make meals, and host is very quick to respond to questions.”

“This was a family trip with adult children in their 30s. The accommodations were perfect and everyone enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking it beach just absolutely breathtaking. We were in walking distance to all of the restaurants . We will definitely be going back!”

“My family of 5 loved our week in Ixtapa. Monarca Ixtapa is a beautiful, relaxing place. We enjoyed walking the beach, eating breakfast and lunch at La Pergola (onsite restaurant next to the pool and beach) and heading out to Ixtapa or Zihuat for dinner. We once even saw humpback whales playing in the ocean from our table at La Pergola! I would highly recommend this option for anybody looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.”

Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!”

“We loved our stay at Punta at Punta Majahua: falling asleep each night to the sound of the ocean and waking up to a gorgeous view, walking the beach each morning, renting a scooter to use to head into town every morning for a latte, two amazing and very reasonably priced seafood restaurants (Brisas Mexicanas and Un Pencicito di Cielo) a five minute walk away, a house call massage in the open air. The property manager met us upon our arrival and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.……

“Our stay at BVG Marina was wonderful. The pool and beach right there and this side of Ixtapa is quiet. Even with the holiday weekend it was not too busy. You can take the van to town for 12 pesos or walk in 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants close by and the people were great. ”
