“Old and worn out. The elevator goes so slow and is hot, it needs to be updated. Some woman had a dog who pooped all over the report twice in front of our room. The maids didn’t come and clean the room the first day even after calling and being told they would come. We had no towels so they made me fill out a form and go to the front desk and get pool towels to use and if I don’t return them I would be charged. We will never stay here again. The website is very deceiving. Don’t eat at the country……

“Manager had to cancel all reservations due to some on going litigation with manager and owner of hotel. Phone service down at hotel. Arrived after driving 10+ hours for manager to tell me the situation. Manager also explained key cards are inoperable, phone and WiFi were down, and power was intermittent. She also explained (and I confirmed) that all other hotels within vicinity were booked up. I ended up booking last room available at the Angel Fire resort we were skiing out of. Was not planning……
