The property is an easy 10 minute walk from many restaurants, pharmacies, medium sized mall, and a grocery store (monoprix). You're right in the middle of La Marsa, but it is very quiet. “The entire hotel looks brand new and modern. The staff is amazing! Very helpful and willing to help. Also, the food at their restaurant is very good and not expensive (when converting to USD). Some side notes for someone looking to reserve is that they have a different concept, so there’s no room service and not bellman. Other than that, the overall experience was very good and the location is great as it’s about 20-25 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis……

“As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. And don't know why the toiletries only for one person but we book the room for two person. By the way you can have your breakfast in your room that is nice.”

“Mi dispiace ma é stata una pessima esperienza. Camera a 19 gradi, abbiamo chiamato tre volte la reception hanno temporeggiato fino a che dopo che siamo scesi dicendo che avremmo cambiato camera ci hanno detto che era un problema di tutto l'hotel. Niente ciabattine in camera. Letto scomodissimo, molle nella schiena. Ristorante a la carta con 15 gradi, porte spalancate. Chiesto birra e mi hanno detto che non la avevano e l'ho vista sul menù (non alcolica). Calamari sul piatto freddi, pane freddo.……

“A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform……
