“The overall experience is great. The only pity is that there’s only one restaurant in the ground floor.”

“Been stayed here over the years. The room is now a bit worn but still clean. Breakfast buffet is good with mostly Indian selections. Will stay again next time as it is way better value than it's next door Novotel and other western brand hotels in the area.”

“Room is spotless. Bed is good. Room is little small but staff is cooperative. Bathroom are excellent. Location is quite strategic near to IT hub. Concept is good with play arena. TV and internet is good. BF time is late 730 AM but manageable depending upon your schedule. ”

“Stayed here for a night, and was positively surprised by the quality or the rooms. Also had breakfast in a nice, cheerful setting on the terrace. Warm, friendly staff, and great location if you have work to do in HSR Layout. Strongly recommended.”

“This is a new property within a big beer garden called Backstreet. It is neither business hotel, it is safe nonetheless and some families also may like staying here. It is a good hotel for those who like to retire into a room within a beer garden, so to say.”

“Room cleaning should be improved”

“Rooms were not ready. Despite calling in advance to keep the rooms ready, we were given rooms with lights not working, flush not working and smelling rooms. Manager made excuses it's late in night now and he can't fix anything. Pathetic attitude. Avoid.”

“Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! There was no toothpaste, and the staff told they'd get it for us.....then nothing until I went out and bought one! The induction cooker doesn't work, the……

“Room dirty, mosquitoes in room and bathroom, very dirty bathroom, no shower, TV not working. Please remove this hotel from your list so that others may not be troubled like us. I wonder how and what’s your criteria for adding these type of substandard hotels to your selection list!!”
