「The resort was so well maintained, safe and beautiful. The staff were very patient, helpful and polite, and did look after us, especially our 8 month old daughter Leela , very well. Airport shuttle was easy to find, and very comfortable. Bar was excellent. Miri and its staff were brilliant, especially Abhishek, Gaurav, Sumit, Yash, Chef Asif, Rebek, Akhum, Miriam. thank you to Shahbaz and Gajanan, and special mention to the room attendants, Sunil and the team. 「It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」
