“If I could give negative stars for this property, I absolutely would. The host cancelled our reservation right before our trip and failed to properly update the system or communicate professionally. I only found out the booking was cancelled when I was trying to get check-in information before leaving for Jamaica. The host messaged saying they cancelled for “personal reasons,” but after that completely stopped responding — not only to me, but also to Expedia when they repeatedly tried……

“This was an absolutely terrible experience, never in my entire life I have been treated like this after spending my money I highly recommend that this person be barred from using this platform for their shady business I was insulted by security guards telling me they are doing me a favor to sort out this woman’s incompetence we weren’t even given a code to enter the house we had to go back to security. “5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had……

“Do not use this place, it's a scam to get the first nights payment from you. I came here for my father's funeral. I had no communication from owner. Managed to find the property despite it being wrong on the map from hotels.com. The gated security said my name was not on the list, tried to contact owner, wouldn't answer phone. Then had to find and pay for another hotel after landing from a 10hr flight. Thanks!”
