「Absolutely the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Loved it! Felt safe, Incredibly easy check in process. The only negative and it’s minor, is there needs to be some type of shelf in bathrooms where there is only a single vanity. Place was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good. Super happy with our stay.」

「Bedbugs upon arrival. Unfortunately, because it was late at night, there was no maid service to help. Room facing the parking lot so couldn't sleep because the lights coming from the lot. Curtains did not help much as high still went into the room. Only positive was the location as I needed to be close to the hospital.」

The area isn’t the best, but considering the price, it was a reasonable option. The only thing that should be improved is the cleaning and maintenance of the AC filter, as it was quite dirty.」

「I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said.」

The hotel itself was fine. It was clean. It wasn’t super modern, but you get what you pay for. The interaction I had with staff, however, was bad. I got to the hotel around 12:30 AM. 「Staff was brand new and in the phone messed up my reservation and charged me twice then. The manager didn’t want to give me a refund, even though the staff and their new system messed up my reservation. The hotel was good but the service was terrible」

「It's a beautiful space. The host was super helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The location is great. We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends and family.」
