“This was our PERFECT Salerno “launch pad” for the Amalfi Coast vacation. The train from Naples took us to the historic Salerno rail center and even with two rollable bags, the walk to The Holiday Guesthouse was an easy and mostly flat 12-minutes. “ We had a fantastic stay at La Maison du Paradis. Pasquale and his wife were excellent hosts. Pasquale met us at the apartment even though we were late and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. He checked in on us several times, gave us info about the buses and ferries, dining recommendations, maps, etc. He even arranged a cab back to the train station for us.

“Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s located in the old part of town. Carmen was a wonderful host and made us delicious breakfast in the morning. It was very comfortable and a good location. We really enjoyed our walks on the boardwalk by the water. Highly recommend! ”

“The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area.
There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult.
