Kitchen and Living space are perfect with a view to the street. One bedroom had no window, the carpet in hallway and bedrooms is very tired. The bathroom shower curtains need replacement. The furniture defiantly had dog hair on them. Did not have any luxury feeling. Also there was cigarette smell that was trying to be masked.

Perfect location and great vibe!

Darling condo close to everything in town! The living space/kitchen is a little small (which you can tell from the pics) but the master is huge and you can’t beat the location. You should note there is not a designated parking spot (which we knew) so just takes a little planning to unload and find street parking). It was perfect and really appreciate that my dog was welcome! Would definitely rent here again!

Comfortable stay in downtown Salida

We have been staying in Salida for years and this condo didn’t disappoint. The location was very central, parking was not difficult to find (parked right in front after 2 hr parking). The bedroom with 2 separate beds was perfect for teens. Living spaces were well appointed.

Great downtown location!

The loft is in a great location in downtown Salida close to the river, restaurants, shops, breweries and more. Very nice and clean with fully modern amenities in a cool, historic building. I would definitely stay here again when in Salida!

What a great little condo!

We really appreciated this wonderful little condo in downtown Salida. We were here for a quick family ski trip at nearby Monarch, and couldn't have asked for a better homebase. Great location

Our family of six (kids ages 2 to 12) enjoyed our short stay here. The property is downtown so it makes walking to restaurants and shops a breeze! The street in front of the property is closed to traffic in summer, so you have to park around the corner or a few blocks away, but it wasn’t a big deal. I was glad not to have traffic as you stepped out the door that enters the street, having small children. (This door is between two businesses and leads up a flight of stairs to the property’s front door.) The beds were comfortable. The water pressure and temperature good. The kitchen was stocked to meet our needs, including some plastic dishes. One recommendation we’d make is for a window unit in the master bedroom. It was toasty in the place due to unusually warm temps outside and no AC. It didn’t really cool down with open windows and fans until the evening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
