“This little apartment is in an excellent location in downtown Salida. It is easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, right on F Street. Also very close to the river and right across the street from Riverside Park. Quite “cozy” but great for two people.”

“This is a great historic location right in the center of town. It is in the third floor with no elevator, but we didn’t have an issue. The furniture has been updated since the original pics of the room were taken and there is now a chest of drawers available. The seating is wonky for two due to the baseboard heat. The bed was very comfortable and we had some of the best sleeping we’ve had as we travel. The parking is street parking so it’s something to be aware of if you are traveling in……

“Love working with Pinon and would have gone through them directly had we realized this was one of their properties!The location is EXCELLENT... walking distance to the bets Salida has to offer.The bed was SUPER comfy and the small kitchenette was great for quick reheats, coffee and tea (we were on vacation so NO COOKING!).The place is immaculately clean and even though we know others were staying at the Palace, we didn't hear noise from "neighbors."”
