Short drive to Princeton Hot Springs & Monarch Ski Resort. Grocery store around the corner 5 miles from downtown Salida and the Arkansas river. Close to some of the most epic mountain biking and hiking in the state. Local brewery, winery, coffee shop, steak house within a mile. TV's in every room!

Overall we had a delightful stay. There wereca few minor issues. Property will accommodate 6, but the table seats only 4 & there are only 4 patio chairs. One deck chair was damaged & unusable off the upper bedroom. Otherwise, its well appointed & more than adequate for 6 people; we had only 5. Communication with hodt was very good.

A Fun Time

We really had a great time. Fifteen-year old LOVED having her own bathroom. It is exceptional to find a lodging with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms The townhome neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe at night. The unit is completely well fitted-out and we enjoyed having the use of a washer and dryer for the 4-day ski holiday.

So good for family ski vacation, we keep coming back

We made this our regular place to stay when we are skiing in Monarch with the family, The place has everything you need, super clean and convenient. The property manager Nick Moffett is super responsive and very helpful. Even after your stay, we were looking for a lost item and Nick did everything possible to help us. Go Nick.

New condo in Poncha Springs

We walked in and were so thankful because everything was as we were told, and as it was in the pics. From the moment we booked, Nick was in touch with us to answer any questions. We were able to give each teenage boy their own room and large bed. The master bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed in the condo without shopping for incidentals. The location was ideal for trips to different mountains and hanging out in Salida. We had a great trip that started with a great place to stay!

Great clean place for a family with small kids. We walked to the playground multiple times a day and the city playground is accessible without leaving the neighborhood as well. It was a great park nearby.
