"We love staying in the lodge because of the balcony. But talk about filthy… You could write your name on all the furniture in the dust. No cups in the bathroom, no regular coffee, one coffee cup. But the staff is phenomenal. But nowhere to eat anything decent after 8 PM. The sports bar says they’re open till 10 but they don’t say there’s no food after eight. They have raised the rates quite a bit, but we still like coming here cause it’s convenient to our property two hours away. "

"Lisa at the front desk is amazing! The manager on duty went above and beyond explaining parking at Star Lake for our concert. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, even ready early for us. We used the pool which was very clean with many towels available. This hotel really heightened our mini vacation experience and we will be back! "
