This is my second time staying here. The rooms are clean first time shower was broken. Second time no hot water both times access to the room was a little difficult overall facilities are clean a little noisy but worth a stay. somebody tried coming into my room because of the lack of communication they didn’t know what room they were in. We’ll stay again because of the convenience of the Location.

I will start with the pros...check-in was easy, as it was via a code to get into the room. The bed and bedding were both very comfortable. The room itself was basic, but the decor was nice and we liked having the vanity separate from the toilet/shower area. The location was very ideal and close to Newburyport. The cons...the walls are paper thin and we we could hear basic conversations through the wall from next door. We had an ant infestation in our room, which we didn't see until we got back late at night. That wasn't fun for two women who hate bugs. We sent a message, but didn't receive a response until the morning. There was a gigantic cobweb on the wall above the headboard of my bed, which I had to remove because who could sleep with that there?!? Finally, all of the towels had a terrible smell. We were only there one night, so we ended up skipping showers and checking out first thing in the morning. We were so disappointed because the pictures are so nice. I have a video of the ants and the cobweb in case the owner needs proof.

This was a great stay for the cost on a cold November weekend. Walking distance to town, food, and shopping. Quiet area, short drive to the beaches. Parking on the backside a little confusing as first, but manageable. Would stay here again, as long as the price is still around $125/night.

La chambre mérite une remise à neuf. Un bon ménage du printemps! Des toiles d'araignées un peu partout, des tâches sur la chaises les draps, le bain et sans parler du tapis. La toilette est chambranlante. La place est mal insonorisée.

We were not told restaurant would be closed for season. There were several random ants we had to kill. The carpet had horrible stains. The wind created a very load whistling noise coming from the top of the building ALL NIGHT long anywhere from 3 to 5 mimutes apart based on the wind direction I guess. Bed was very hard. The parking on the backside of the building is very tight for anything but a compact car. If you have someone parked next to you and they don't pull up all, good luck getting out! The TV was missing a remote. The only reason we are giving 3 stars is because the gentleman that came to bring us a remote and help with getting the TV to work was very nice. Otherwise, this would have been a 2 star at best.

Room was clean but the remotes for the Roku decives serene there and when stuff found 1 he couldn’t get it to work. He days this is a frequent problem. Couldn’t access most cable channels either.

Just mediocre overall

Pretty standard room, double bed. My issues were the cleanliness of the room. Spider webs in the corner of the door just on the inside of the room, stains underneath the sink on the lower wall, and the bathroom fan was caked in dust. That is prime for a fire hazard, especially with a heat lamp. Their cleaning crew needs to do better or be replaced with a better one. Probably my first and last stay.
